RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thick, cool.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter

Mix all together and press 3/4 of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour rhubarb mixture on crust and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
