1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla

First: Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.

Second: Spray Pam on a 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour cake batter in pan, set aside.

Third: Mix Ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla and 4 beaten eggs - then spoon carefully over the batter. DO NOT MIX WITH THE BATTER. Cake will rise and cheese mix will be on the bottom.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes or until cake tester is clean. Cool and cut into squares.
