2 c. riced sweet potatoes
1 beaten egg
Dash of pepper
8 marshmallows
1/2 c. corn flakes or bran

Mash cooked potatoes, add egg, salt and pepper. With floured hands make into balls with marshmallows inside.

Roll in bran flakes or corn flakes and fry in hot lard. Serve hot or cold.
