FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix together, put in pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes, no longer. Cool.

FIRST LAYER:

Arrange any amount of any combination of fruit on top of cream cheese.

SECOND LAYER:

Arrange any amount of any combination of fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Use fruit like strawberries, kiwi, peaches, bananas, blueberries, pineapple, oranges.

GLAZE:

2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fruit juice (pineapple is best)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat to a boil, cook until slightly thickened. Cool and pour over pizza. Eat and enjoy!
