FRUIT PIZZA 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Dash of salt
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Add nuts. Press into round pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over crust.

THIRD LAYER: Arrange fruit: strawberries, kiwi, chunk pineapple and bananas on top.

TOP LAYER:

1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. liquid (reserved pineapple juice & water)

Mix sugar and cornstarch, add liquid and bring to a boil until clear. Cool slightly. Spoon carefully over fruit. Refrigerate.
