RICE CHEX DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. crushed Rice Chex cereal
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. cashews, chopped or broken
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix thoroughly. Spread half of mixture evenly in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Pat down. Spread ice cream evenly over top. Sprinkle remaining cereal mixture over ice cream; pat lightly. Cover and freeze. When ready to serve cut in squares. Makes 12-15 servings.
