SHRIMP GOLDEN 
8 slices bread
2 c. cooked shrimp (1-2 lb.)
3 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk

Trim toast, butter and cube bread slices. Place half of cubes in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add mushrooms and half of cheese and shrimp. Top with remaining bread, cheese and shrimp. Beat together eggs, add seasonings; add milk. Pour liquid over top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes until set and golden brown.

Can be assembled and refrigerated before baking.
