TRUM'S CRABMEAT CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. Waverly crackers 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. bell pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 pt. half & half cream 1 lb. crabmeat Butter casserole. Crumble crackers and mix with crabmeat. Finely chop the pepper and onion; spread on top of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with a little onion juice and salt. Dot with butter. Pour cream over. Bake in a moderate oven. |
