2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, semi-sweet 2/3 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter, salt, and milk in large pan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips, pecans, and vanilla. Stir until melted and smoothly blended. Pour in 8 inch square pan. Cool before cutting into squares. Makes about 2 pounds. |
