EASY FUDGE 
1 stick butter
1 large can evaporated milk
5 cups sugar
1 bag miniature marshmallows
2 small bags chocolate chips ( or any combination that you like)

In large heavy pot, put butter and milk. Heat until butter is melted and mixed into milk. Add sugar to milk mixture and turn burner to high.

From this point, continuously stir making sure to scrape sides and bottom. Cook mixture for 7 minutes on high. If you do not stir, it will boil over or stick to the bottom of the pot.

Immediately add the marshmallows and chips. Take off of the heat. Continue to stir until the mixture is smooth.

Pour onto a wax paper lined sheet pan. Smooth so that mixture is one thickness. Let cool before cutting. I use the insert for the "Perfect Brownie" pan to cut perfect fudge squares.
