PUMPKIN CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 3/4 c. for topping)
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

PUMPKIN MIX:

1 lg. can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 (10 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

CAKE: Blend cake mix, egg and butter well. Consistency will be thick. Put into well greased and floured 9"x13" pan.

PUMPKIN MIX: Mix all ingredients well. Pour over cake mix layer, to the reserved 3/4 cup cake mix, add 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 stick melted butter. Work together with fingers. Sprinkle topping mixture over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in preheated oven. Serve with whipped cream.

NOTE: Do NOT mix cake mix according to directions on box. Serves 12 to 16.
