COLE SLAW SUPREME | |
1 sm. head cabbage 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper 3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper Shred cabbage. Heat sugar and vinegar over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add the celery seed, mustard seed, salt, onion, green pepper and red pepper to the vinegar and sugar solution. Mix well and pour over cabbage. Place in container, cover and store in refrigerator. |
