SQUASH BREAD 
1 c. white sugar
2 c. cooked squash
4 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. water
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients with the oil, water and vanilla. Add squash and beat well. Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees or until it tests done. Yield: 3 loaves.
