MUSHROOM SHRIMP LINGUINE 
1 c. mushroom slices
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. linguine

Saute mushrooms in butter, blend in flour and pepper--gradually add milk. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add shrimp and Parmesan cheese--heat thoroughly. Toss with linguine. Serves 4.
