LINGUINE WITH MUSHROOMS 
3 oz. olive oil
1/4 lb. prositino ham, cut into sm. strips
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 oz. chablis wine
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp. parsley, dried or fresh, chopped fine
1 lb. linguine pasta

Use a deep 10 inch frying pan or a 2 quart saucepan. Place in olive oil, prositino ham, mushrooms, garlic, wine, pepper, salt, and parsley. Using medium-high heat, cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Cook pasta. Drain, leaving a little water so that the pasta stays moist. Place into large bowl or elongated dish and pour mushrooms sauce over and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
