1 head lettuce
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 lb. grated fresh carrots
6 sliced hard boiled eggs
Mayonnaise
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Bacon or Baco's

1/2 pound of crisp fried crumbled bacon

Layer all these ingredients in a bowl and spread with the mayonnaise. Add grated Cheddar cheese. Top with bacon or Baco's.
