EASY MOIST MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
5 slices white bread
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes (optional)
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt (to your taste)

Place beef in bowl. Add seasonings and mix well.

Saturate each slice of bread with water, milk or beef broth. Squeeze slightly and drop in bowl.

Mix thoroughly, roll into balls and simmer for approximately 30 minutes in spaghetti sauce or gravy.

Optional: Brown meatballs in olive oil turning until browned on all sides. Add to gravy, sauce or soup and simmer as above (30 minutes).
