CURRIED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
2 chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
1 onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 sm. can tomatoes
1 c. water

Flour, salt and pepper chicken. Brown chicken in 1/3 cup butter. Add onion, green pepper, curry powder, tomatoes and water. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour over hot rice.
