GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 - 2 onions, sliced
4 potatoes, sliced
1 lg. can sweet peas, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained but save liquid
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Layer on top onions, potatoes, sweet peas and mushrooms in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix together soup, drained liquid from mushrooms and 1/2 can of water and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
