1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices bread, torn in pieces
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup

Combine all ingredients except ketchup. Mix thoroughly. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Spread ketchup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
