CARROT BARS 
BARS:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 junior size jars carrot baby food

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix eggs, flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon and oil with 2 junior size jars of carrot baby food. Put in a jelly roll pan (15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1"); bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool, frost.

FROSTING: Beat first 4 ingredients and add to powdered sugar; mix well. Spread on bars. These bars freeze well.
