CHEEZ WHIZ 
1 lb. American cheese
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
3 to 5 drops liquid smoke
Pinch of garlic salt

Melt cheese in double boiler. Add milk and salt and stir until creamy. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour in a container. Use as you would regular Cheez Whiz.
