HOME MADE CHEEZ WHIZ 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. American cheese
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour

Melt butter and add cheese. When softened, add egg yolks, milk and flour. Cool until thick. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
