1 med. onion 1 med. bell pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles 1 lb. hamburger meat 1 can corn 1 can mushrooms 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese 1 stick butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice onion and bell pepper. Saute in butter until tender. Start egg noodles. Brown meat. Spread cheese. Put cheese in a large baking dish. Pour hot cooked noodles over cheese. Next, put in onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, corn, soup and partially drained Rotel tomatoes. Blend together gradually. Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot. |
