CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
FILLING:

1 c. butter, room temperature
2 c. smooth peanut butter
4 c. 10X confectioners sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. semi sweet chocolate morsels

Filling: Cream butter and peanut butter on high speed until blended. On low speed, add sugar, one cup at a time. Sift graham cracker crumbs and using only the "fine" grains, add to mixture on low speed until well blended. Press filling into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Use a flat metal pie serving utensil to press filling into corners and to make as level and smooth as possible.

Topping: Melt butter in saucepan on stovetop. Remove from burner and add chocolate morsels, whisking constantly until chocolate is completely melted. Pour topping onto filling, tilting pan to cover mixture evenly. Chill until chocolate hardens, then let warm to room temperature before cutting.
