EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) tub vanilla ready-to-spread frosting

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs and water, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Stir in cinnamon, carrots and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan.
