COCONUT PINEAPPLE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. coconut

Cream the first 2 ingredients. Mix in flour; press into a 9 x 9 x 2 pan and go up sides about 1/2-inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Spread pineapple over crust. Blend the next 3 ingredients real well; add coconut. Pour this over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Remove immediately and cool.
