APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 tbsp. lemon extract or 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs

Combine cake mix, apricot nectar, lemon extract and oil. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into a well greased and floured tube pan. Batter will be thin. Bake 40 minutes in a 350 oven. Glaze while hot.

GLAZE:

1 or 2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. apricot nectar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine ingredients. Pour over hot cake.
