CASHEW HOT DISH 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. hot water
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 jar pimento, diced
1 onion, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 lb. veal steak
1 pkg. cashew nuts or 3/4 can
1 green pepper, diced

Soak rice overnight with 2 cups boiling water. Cube and brown the veal steak. Add rice to remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Mix well and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours until done.
