BRUNSWICK STEW (FOR A CROWD) 
17 lbs. beef
17 lbs. pork (shoulders)
32 lbs. chicken, deboned
4 gallons butterbeans
3 gallons white corn
2-3 gallons crushed tomatoes
20 lbs. quartered potatoes
7 lbs. onions, chopped
2-3 lbs. butter
1-2 lbs. sugar to taste
Salt, pepper, and red pepper to taste

Cook in following order: beef, pork, chicken, onions, butterbeans, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, seasonings.

Yield: 150 servings.
