CHICKEN DISH
 
2 1/2-3 lb. fryer chicken, cut in pieces
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Fresh mushrooms (optional)

Wash and rinse chicken, pat dry, place chicken pieces in pan - 9 x 13 inch or larger - skin side up. Mix together soup and cheese. Spread over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Do not cover. There will be lots of good gravy to serve over mashed potatoes.
