CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. ground cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon or raspberry Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 lg. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar and cranberries. Let stand several hours. Add Jello to boiling water. Stir until cool. Then add other ingredients and pour into mold.

Double this if you use a pound package of cranberries.
