MARINATED POT ROAST 
3-4 lb. boneless pot roast
Garlic, fresh (3-4 cloves)
Fresh cracked black pepper
Soy sauce (approx. 1/4 c.)
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover bottom of 2 1/2 to 3 quart baking pan with thin layer of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and cloves crushed garlic. Press cracked peppercorns into both sides of pot roast.

Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Marinate overnight or minimum 4 hours. Turn roast in pan a few times while marinating. Grill on coals or in oven as desired. Approximately 20 minutes per pound.
