PORK CHOPS IN TOMATOES 
4 pork chops
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes stewed and sieved

Place pork chops in 8 inch square casserole and pour sieved tomatoes over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; turn chops over and bake 30 minutes more.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

Here's an easy to prepare, low fat, low cholesterol and low sodium main dish. A three ounce serving of a top loin chop provides only 6.6 grams of fat, 165 calories, and 68 mg of cholesterol.
