POMANDERS 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 vanilla wafers
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. orange, grated

Melt chocolate chips over hot (not boiling) water. Remove and stir in sugar and syrup - blend in wafers (crushed finely), nuts to chocolate; mix well. Form in 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
