CARAMEL BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Heath chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix cake mix, melted butter and eggs. Press into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. In small bowl, combine milk, vanilla, Heath chips and nuts. Pour mixture over cake mix in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May substitute almond brickle chips. May use chocolate cake and chocolate chips, if desired.
