SHRIMP QUICHE TART | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. butterflake dinner rolls 1 sm. pkg. frozen shrimp (salad type) 1 egg 1/2 c. whipping cream 2 tbsp. minced green onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Grease small muffin tins. Separate frozen dinner rolls into 12 pieces. Cut each in half. Press each half over bottom and sides of muffin tins. Divide shrimp into each cup. Beat together remaining ingredients (except shredded Swiss cheese) for 30 seconds. Divide this mixture into each cup and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes or until browned around edge at 375 degrees. Serve immediately. Can be frozen and served at a later time. Makes 24 shrimp quiche tarts. |
