MICROWAVE APPLE CRISP 
6 c. cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Place apple slices in 2-quart (8x8 inch) glass baking dish. Combine flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon in medium mixing bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Microwave on high for 14 to 16 minutes or until apples are tender. 5 or 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
