CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans boned chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter

Crumb 1/2 box of crackers on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix drained chicken, soups, sour cream. Pour mixed ingredients on top. Crumb other half of box of crackers on top. Chop little pats of butter on top. Cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
