GUACAMOLE DIP 
4 ripe avocados
2 lg. tomatoes
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. jalapeno juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Picante sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium size bowl. Add vinegar and jalapeno juice and lemon juice to help soften avocados. Add Picante sauce. Dice tomatoes and onion and add to avocados. Salt and pepper to taste. Rolling your avocados between hand and table before peeling will help soften them.
