1 med. round steak
1 1/2 cans stewed tomatoes
Salt & pepper

Cut round steak into 4 to 5 sections. Place in crock pot. Add stewed tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Turn on low and let cook all day. Will be ready when you get home from work.
