DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 jar dried beef (5 oz.)
1 or 2 green onions with tops

Cream cheese in bowl. Finely dice dried beef and onions. Add to cheese. Mix all ingredients well and form into two balls. Roll in finely crushed walnuts or pecans. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.

Variety: Dash of taco sauce. Diced green chilies. Shrimp or clams.
