PASTA CARBONARA 
1 lb. pasta (spaghetti, fettucini, penne)
1/2 lb. cut bacon in sm. squares
1 med. finely chopped onion
1 glass white wine
4 eggs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1. In frying pan put a little olive oil and fry bacon. When half done, add onion. When almost done, add white wine. Simmer until wine evaporates.

2. In large bowl mix eggs, cheese, parsley and pepper.

3. Cook pasta al dente. Drain and pour egg mixture over pasta immediately, cooking egg etc.

4. Add bacon sauce and mix. Serves 4.
