QUICK ITALIAN CREAM CAKE 
2 pkg. Anisetta Toast
3 oz. water
3 oz. rum
1 box chocolate pudding
1 box vanilla
Maraschino cherries (optional
Chopped nuts (optional)

Cut toast in half lengthwise and line bottom of pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of the rum and water mixture on toast. Cover with layer of chocolate pudding. Place another layer of toast and sprinkle with rum.

Cover with vanilla pudding and top with another layer of toast. Sprinkle with remaining rum mixture. Before serving, let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Then add Cool Whip topping, crushed nuts and cherries.
