STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
1 sm. pkg. strawberry gelatin mix

Mix together sugar, pineapple and rhubarb. Let stand 30 minutes. Bring to boil and cook 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the gelatin mix. Stir until dissolved. Pour into jars.
