FROZEN BREAD CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
Cinnamon to taste

Thaw 2 loaves bread but do not permit to raise. Break 1 loaf up in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. (I use an angel food cake pan.) Melt butter. Add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients and pour over broken bread. Break up second loaf and let it all rise for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut out of pan.
