LEMON BAR DELUXE 
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. butter

Mix above ingredients and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 eggs

Pour over baked crust and bake again for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. When finished baking, sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into serving squares approximately 1 1/2 inches.
