CHEESE POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
Salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips or corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
