EGGNOG PIE 
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. light cream
Dash of salt
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 stiff beaten egg whites
1 (9 inch) pastry pie shell

Beat egg yolks, sugar, and cream. Add salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Flavor with sherry or rum instead of, or, in addition to vanilla.
