CRISP BAKED CHICKEN | |
1 (3 - 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up 1 egg 2 tsp. milk 1 c. instant potato flakes 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 c. butter Wash chicken and pat dry. Beat eggs and milk in bowl. In another bowl, mix potato flakes, garlic powder and cheese. Roll chicken in egg then potato flake mixture. Melt butter in shallow pan. Roll coated chicken in butter. Place skin side up in butter pan. Bake 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced. |
